These Terms of Use govern your use of https://livingstonmobilehomeleveling.com (the "Site"), operated by J&N Peak LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Nature of this service

Livingston TX Mobile Home Leveling is an independent lead generation and referral service. We do not perform mobile home leveling work. We do not perform releveling, pier repair or replacement, anchor or tie down work, skirting work, foundation or support inspections, or storm damage repair.

All work is performed by independent contractors. Those contractors are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, materials, scheduling, warranties and pricing. They are not our employees, agents, partners or joint venturers, and we do not supervise, direct or control their work.

We make no guarantee of work, pricing, availability or outcome. Submitting a request does not create a contract for services, does not guarantee that a contractor will contact you, and does not guarantee that any contractor will be available, willing or able to perform work at your property. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor.

We do not endorse, recommend, certify, vet as to competence, or warrant any contractor. You are responsible for verifying a contractor's licensing, insurance, references and terms before engaging them, and for satisfying yourself as to their suitability.

2. Informational content only

Content on the Site, including service pages, town pages, cost factor discussion and guides, is general information about manufactured home support conditions in East Texas. It is not an inspection, an engineering opinion, a construction recommendation, or legal or insurance advice. Conditions at your specific home can only be assessed by a qualified person in person.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or another person's contact details without authorization.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Scrape, harvest, crawl for commercial reuse, or systematically extract content or contact data from the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, introduce malicious code, or overload our infrastructure.
  • Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute Site content without written permission.
  • Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or to any contractor.

We may refuse service, remove content, or block access at our discretion.

4. Submissions and contractor contact

When you submit a request, you consent to us sharing the information you provide with one or more independent local contractors so they may contact you about your request, including by phone, text or email. Calls placed to numbers displayed on the Site may route through a call tracking number and may be recorded. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. No warranty

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that content is accurate, current or complete.

We specifically disclaim any warranty regarding the work, conduct, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, timeliness or results of any contractor referred through the Site.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&N Peak LLC, its owners, members, officers and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, property damage, personal injury, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or to any work performed or not performed by any contractor, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars or the amount you paid us for use of the Site, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J&N Peak LLC and its owners, members, officers and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Site, your submissions, your breach of these terms, or any dispute between you and a contractor.

8. Third party links

The Site may link to third party websites, tools or resources. Those are provided for convenience only. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, practices, security or privacy policies. Your use of any third party site is governed by that site's own terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Subject to the section above, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The Last updated date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
