Livingston
Livingston is the Polk County seat and the commercial center for everything around Lake Livingston. Manufactured homes here range from long established homes on in town lots and along the older FM roads to newer placements on acreage cut out of the pines.
Onalaska
Onalaska sits right on Lake Livingston on the Polk County side, and it is about as lake oriented as a town gets. Subdivisions run down to the water, many properties started as weekend places, and manufactured homes make up a large share of the housing stock.
Goodrich
Goodrich is a small Polk County town on the US 59 corridor south of Livingston, near the Trinity River bottomlands. It is a quieter, more rural setting than the lakefront communities, with homes spread along the highway and the county roads that branch off it.
Corrigan
Corrigan sits north of Livingston where US 59 meets US 287, in the heart of Polk County timber country. It is a working town with deep roots in the lumber industry, and its housing includes many long established manufactured homes on generous, heavily wooded lots.
Point Blank
Point Blank sits on the southern side of Lake Livingston in San Jacinto County, just across the water from Polk County and firmly part of the same lake community. It is small, quiet and heavily oriented toward waterfront and near water living, with a large number of manufactured homes.
Leggett
Leggett is an unincorporated community on US 59 north of Livingston, rural in the fullest sense. Homes sit on acreage, often well off the highway, with pine timber close in and few close neighbors.
Woodville
Woodville is the Tyler County seat, east of Livingston in the Big Thicket country. It is hilly by East Texas standards, deeply wooded, and surrounded by national forest and timberland, with manufactured homes throughout the town and the rural roads around it.
