Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how J&N Peak LLC, operating Livingston TX Mobile Home Leveling, collects, uses and shares information through this website. This site is an independent lead generation and referral service and does not perform mobile home leveling work.
Information we collect
Through the lead form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which typically includes:
- Your name.
- Your phone number.
- Your email address, if you choose to provide it.
- The town or area where the home is located.
- The nature of the problem you selected.
- Any details you type about the home, such as single or double wide, age, symptoms and crawl space access.
We collect only what you submit. Please do not include sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government identification numbers or health information in the form.
How submissions are shared
Information you submit through the lead form is shared with one or more independent local contractors so that they can contact you about your request. That is the purpose of the form. Those contractors receive your contact details and the description of your situation, and they may contact you by phone, text or email.
Once information is shared with a contractor, that contractor handles it under its own privacy practices, which we do not control. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
Calls and call tracking
Phone numbers displayed on this site may be call tracking numbers. Calls placed to them may be routed through a call tracking service that logs the calling number, the time and duration of the call, and the page or source associated with the call. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training and record keeping purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, do not place a call, and use the form or email instead.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies, together with analytics services, to understand how visitors find and use pages. Analytics data typically includes pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and time on page. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings, and browser level controls such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals may be honored where supported.
How we use information
- To pass your request to independent local contractors so they can contact you.
- To respond to questions you send us directly.
- To keep records of requests received and referred.
- To measure and improve site content and performance.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and spam submissions.
- To comply with legal obligations and to respond to lawful requests.
Retention
We retain lead form submissions and related communication records for as long as needed for the purposes described above, and thereafter as needed to meet recordkeeping, dispute resolution and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider. We delete or de identify information when it is no longer needed for a legitimate purpose.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Deletion and access requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, email JayPeak1425@gmail.com with enough detail for us to locate your record, such as the name, phone number and approximate date used when you submitted a request. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that we cannot delete information already held independently by a contractor who received your request. You would need to contact that contractor directly.
Your rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you rights regarding your personal data, subject to its exemptions and verification requirements. Those rights include:
- The right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and to access that data.
- The right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
- The right to delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you.
- The right to obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable format, where available.
- The right to opt out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, for sale, or for profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
- The right to appeal a refusal to act on your request.
To exercise these rights, email JayPeak1425@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if the appeal is denied you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
Sharing your submission with a contractor so that contractor can contact you about the request you made is the purpose for which you provided the information. It is not targeted advertising, and we do not sell personal data for money.

This site is intended for adults arranging services for property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
